Who may use Fieldmate

Fieldmate is provided by unique land use GmbH to its staff and to the field crews of its clients. Accounts are created by an administrator; you may only use your own account and must keep your password to yourself.

Answers are guidance, not instructions

Fieldmate answers from your company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and an AI model. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Your company's SOPs, safety rules and your supervisor always take precedence, especially for work with chainsaws, machinery, chemicals or at height. Check the cited SOP before acting on an answer, and do not rely on Fieldmate in an emergency.

Offline answers

Answers marked “Offline AI” are generated on your phone from documents saved on it. They can be less accurate than online answers and are uploaded to the server when your phone is back online.

What you send

Only send work-related questions, photos and documents. Do not upload personal data about other people unless your work requires it. Administrators can read your chats, as described in the privacy notice.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Fieldmate available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, require an app update, or suspend accounts that are misused. [Liability, governing law and contact details to be completed by legal.]
